Internship Coordinator Job Description

The Internship Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s internship program. This includes recruiting interns, coordinating with managers to identify internship projects and roles, facilitating the interviewing and selection process, onboarding interns, providing support and guidance during internships, and evaluating program success.

  • Coordinate activities, events, and wrap-up procedures for successful program completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in internship program management or human resources roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to internships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources databases.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
